Will a naproxen 500mg tablet help pain for kidney stones?

i was just wondering if it would work any suggestions?
i think this is my 9th kidney stone and i’m only 19 so i’ve been through this all alot but i just got off of my dads insurance so wat should i do

It won’t hurt you, but naproxen is really not strong enough to combat the pain caused by a kidney stone which is described as second only to childbirth. People with stones usually go to the hospital so they can receive IV pain meds like morphine or butorphanol.

I’ve had kidney stones and I’ve been through natural childbirth. Kidney stones are much worse!!!!! Morphine or Demerol.Go to the Doctor.
