Cranberry juice make sure it is 100% not the cocktail! Better read the label real close.
Lots and lots of water is good. I once was told to drink 1 gallon of water for a day by the doc. It was really hard but everything was flushed out when I had my blood work and test the next morning.
Lemons are a natural diuretic maybe you could mix it with the water so it won’t be so hard to drink all that(no sweeteners either), just a gallon jug of purified water from the store!
No sodas or anything with sugar for sure!

You really can’t flush out kidney stones, especially if they are really bad. There are things to avoid if you are diagnosed with kidney stones. Soda is one of them, foods high in calcium – while some good for you aren’t recommended if you have kidney stones.
These also include processed foods.
* rhubarb
* spinach
* beets
* swiss chard
* wheat germ
* soybean crackers
* peanuts
* okra
* chocolate
* black Indian tea
* sweet potatoes
Cranberry juice can help with mild bladder infections but not much help for kidney stones.

Cranberry juice and water should help.
