what if you have to wait to get the kidney stone removed andit tries to pass but is way too big?

what will happen..my friend is having insurance issues and having to wait its been 2 weeks the pain is terrible and what will happen if the stone tries to pass even though its too big!!!

It will get stuck, and they will remove it from the ureter.
