Hiya
Just had this problem & had surgery. Basically any food with fat in it is going to cause an attack. How much fat you can take in food before you have an attack is totally a personal thing. What might have cause me to have an attack might be fine for you or visa versa. I found it very frustrating, I had asked for a list & was told that basically there isn’t one, everyone is different so you have to get to know your own body. The pain I was in was so sever I opted for surgery, couldn’t live my life with sever pain coming on without notice. Really not trying to be unhelpful but you will get to know what brings on an attack. Just follow a low fat diet, cut out red meat as even trimmed it is high in fat. For fast food you could have some Mexican food with chicken, just loose the sour cream & cheese.
Feel free to email me if you have any further questions you think I might be able to help with on thise.g. re surgery etc
Hope that is of some help & good luck with it!

sorry…nope…just jello…….
fast food will cause your GB to contract and lodge a stone
at the opening……
stick with non-greasy and non-fattening stuff…..or get
your GB taken out……

You need to have a low fat diet. Fast foods like burgers are out. Chicken and fish would be good. Also, if it upsets your stomach or causes pain, don’t eat it. Listen to your doctor. Good luck.

You need a low fat diet. No more then 40-60 grams fat per day. Your gallbladder is a little sac that contains the bile’s needed to digest fat.
Each time you eat fat, the gallbladder is stimulated to release bile. When you have stones, this can be very very painful for that reason.
By eating a low fat diet, you will not stimulate your gallbladder and you will be relatively pain free. STAY CLEAR FROM JUNK FOOD AND FAST FOODS!
