Make sure to thoroughly flush your system every day with lots and lots of water. Also, a little vinegar in some water is absolutely wonderful to cleanse the system!!

as a nurse in the er, i see lots of these staying away from the caffine is a major part in not getting them. also make sure that you drink lots of water everyday. drinking too much caffine like coke and tea is the major cause of them. make sure to drink 25 glasses of water per day

i have been getting them for years and it was last october that i was in the hospital for stones, and i was telling the doctor that i drink several bottles of water per day, and a nurse came and asked me if i drink soda… i said yeah diet sodas only though , she asked me if they were coke or pepsi or dark sodas i said yeah , she told me to stop drinking the dark sodas.. and since last october i only passed one stone, very small, and that whole day i was drinking ice teas…hardly no water.. you have to watch what u are drinking, and eating and take it from there.. retrace your steps when u have a bout of stones and then u will realize what u need to stop intaking…

actually water..or certain kinds of badly processed water is what brings kidney stones on. I have heard that Cranberry Juice will keep them from forming….

Try the well-known hydro-therapy, 1.5 liters of water daily. Guaranteed by all doctors.

find the cause. I agree with all that went b4. One cause of calcium oxilate stanes is celiac disease look it up. Sometimes alergys have a part. I had a problem for years and then I ran accross an Edgar Cayce cure. If you have kidney stones you’ll try anything. It worked great for me also tuned up my prostate so sex is better. Here it is. Watermelon seeds. Use untreated and you can get large quantities from a feed store. Grind 2tbs in a coffee grinder fairly fine. Steep in very hot water that is boiling when you add them. You will get a tea. It tastes great if you like watermelon. You can sweeten it. It has to be fresh the instructions said no more then 24 hrs old. Drink everyday for two weeks and then once every two weeks.

If you are prone to kidney stones, drink 15 glasses of water daily. Avoid fruits & vegetables containing oxalates / oxalic acid.
The root and leaves of rhubarb contain dangerously high concentrations of oxalic acid.
Foods that are edible, but still contain significant concentrations of oxalic acid include – in decreasing order – buckwheat, star fruit (carambola), black pepper, parsley, poppy seed, rhubarb stalks, amaranth, spinach, chard, beets, cocoa, chocolate, most nuts, most berries, and beans. The gritty feel one gets in the mouth when drinking milk with rhubarb desserts is caused by precipitation of calcium oxalate. Thus even dilute amounts of oxalic acid can readily "crack" the casein found in various dairy products.
Leaves of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) are known to contain among the greatest measured concentrations of oxalic acid relative to other plants. However the infusion beverage typically contains only low to moderate amounts of oxalic acid per serving, due to the small mass of leaves used for brewing.
Priodically check your urine for routine analysis.
Please see the webpages for more details on Kidney stones.

It depends on whether you are forming acid or calcium kidney stones. The acid stones are orangey and sharp, the calcium stones are lighter and more roundish. If you are getting acid stones you may need to take something like Uricit. Drinking lots of water, especially when you’re out in the heat or working (when you’ll sweat) will help a lot too.
Good luck!

my mother gets those all the time and she doesnt quit with the caffiene so she will always get them! you would think after so many surgeries to get them removed cause she cant pass them, she’d learn her lesson! Now she has a big cluster of them and they have to go in and blast it out! I dont knwo about u but that sounds painful! lol
