UTI or Kidney stones?
First off Ive been takeing a new multivitamin so my urine hasnt looked or smelled right to begin with, and Ive been exercising a bit more this past two weeks to loose a few pounds so I have been haveing lower back pain. So Im not sure if those are symptoms or results from the above.
But other actually symptoms are:
burning on urethra but not when urinating and very sore to the touch.
bladder feels full but not urinating enough
white stringy discharge
and grainey or dark sedimant in urine some look like sand and some are spots nothing big but noticable after I urinate and Im not meaning to really look lol.
Could I be passing small kidney stones or is this a UTI. Ive only had one Uti and I only new it because I was vomiting , had cold sweats, and was running a 103 degree fever. HELP!

At the very least, you probably have a UTI(Urinary Tract Infection) I would definately get in to see your Doc or an urgent care. They’ll probably do a clean catch urinalysis. That’s where they’ll have you pee into a hat looking container, then strain your urine for stones. Sounds as if you have some blood in your urine, but that’s due to whatever infection you have. Definately get seen! Ouch!
