passed 7-8 kidney stones in one year. Pain?

I have passed about 8 stones in one year and it has been one year since my last stone. I always have pain where my kidney is but then it just goes away. Is it normal to have pain on and off in your kidney?

with your history i’d ask your doctor. its possible you have a stone moving when you feel pain. i have 2 stones that just stay put i’m told. every so ofteni feel pain but c scans show nothing.
