Optifast with gall stones?

hey im thinking of using optifast to lose weight, but i have gall stones and have heard optifast can aggravate gall stones. do u think this is a good decision?

See a doctor and get on a medically supervised weight loss program. I had the same concerns, and was on a liquid diet for 6 months. Everything turned out fine, but you are impacting a lot of chemical reactions inside your body when you do this, and imbalances can cause problems.
