Does it hurt when she pees? If it does, she DOES have a UTI, and that is why there is blood.
What she needs to do is drink a LOT more water, and MOST IMPORTANTLY< she needs to drink cranberry juice. There are toxins in it that cleans out your system and completely removes the UTI. I have found that even when I don’t have a UTI it takes a lot of pain away…so drink cranberry juice!

Sigh, call a doctor.

Since when does a UTI cause stomach ache?
I’ve had dozens, and I’d say the pain is in my urinary tract and sometimes my kidneys.
She needs an actual Dr. ASAP

Kidneys are the normal source of blood in the urine, and it is NEVER a good sign. Doctor, Now!

uti’s usually have signs of lower back pain, lower stomach, low grade fever, etc, could be a uti or kidney stones..those are easily dealt with..she needs to see a dr asap, to get diagnosis, anti’b’s if necessary, or start tx for a possibly more serious dx. Make her go now for tx. uti’s can cause septicemia if untreated-go now!! Good Luck. NurseD.
