How To Pass A Kidney Stone
Okay, my mom passed a kidney stone and noticed blood in her urine. She’s 55 so I’m really concerned and protective. She went to the doctors but has to wait for some results. Can this be deadly? And what can treat it?

Most likely, she will be fine. The kidney stone probably tore her urethra when it came out, causing the appearance of blood. Try to relax. Be happy she is done passing the stone!

Ok
If there is only kidney stone alone because of which blood came in urine, thats not a problem, its not deadly because stones break into small pieces and come out through urine and sometimes there will be rupture because of this blood will come, But if because of any other reason then i can not say it is deadly ,doctor has to check and see her reports,
I think i answered u r question

she needs to follow up with her urologist. take your list of questions to the next appointment & have the specialist answer them for you. provide your mom lotsa water & NO soda.

No, this is common to have blood in your urine when you pass a kidney stone. Also you can have blood in your urine from a kidney infection. If your mother has a kidney infection, she will need an antibiotic to clear this up. Also on the kidney stones, I used to have them, and looked them up on the internet, and found out that they are 4 different kind of kidney stones, but the most common type are calcium stones.
