Kidney Disease of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?
I was in the ER twice in the last week, first they diagnosed me with a kidney infection and put me on antibiotics… that did NOTHING and I was in so much pain in my back and side that I wanted to fall over and die… The second time I went back they diagnosed me with pelvic inflammatory disease, the pain has gone away but I still have some symptoms that haven’t. AND I don’t think have anything do to with PID:
Itching beyond belife (bug bite like things all over me)
Stop and go peeing, cloudy urine, takes me about 10 minutes to start peeing.
I am severely bloated
And the classic sign, I have this metal taste in my mouth, (also i kinda smell metal sometimes I don’t know if that is a normal part)
They did do an ultra sound of my kidneys and they said no stones and no swelling… could I still have something wrong? Because I don’t think all these things go with PID
Also I am cold all the time, and I am dizzy!

Are You taking vitamins?Sometimes vitamins can Give you the metal Taste in your mouth.Did the metal taste start before or after you were given antibiotics?Antibiotics and vitamins can give you the taste of metal in your mouth.And for the other symtoms you need to get tested for STD’s.These symtoms can be a number of diffrent things. such as Dehydration,Urinary tract infection,and for the bug bites you could have bed bugs or poisen ivy.Try Soaking in a tub of oatmeal.Maybe get a Lupus Test done just to be sure,becuase the itching and cloudy urine and Dizzy and Cold could all be signs.But Nobody on here can tell you just find another Dr. and have them do test,tell them you want a blood test,urine test,and xrays done.Let me know that you have symtoms that arent matching up correctly.
