Is this problems with my appendix?
Well the signs I have had and do have are sometimes I can hardly walk or sit, hurts with pressure. Shoots pain up towards my naval. That plus the occasional buildup/blood excreated from my bowels. I am going to the bathroom way more often than I used too, probably 4+ times a day. Bowel Movements are not solid. I have slight gas, but nothing more than I usually do.
I have had a colonoscopy recently, and the only issues found were small hemroids (not in the area of the pain).
On a related note I have two kidney stones in my right kidney, but i have passed them before, and this pain is in a completely different area.
I had previously changed by diet to try and see if it was just the things I was eating. The pain is still there.
I have had this sort of discomfort/pain for about 2 months now. It didnt used to be this bad, but has gotten to this point within the last couple of days.
I have a doctors appointment in 4 days. Should I go to the emergency room before hand? I really dont know what to do.

Sam,
Abdominal pain is hard to diagnose because there are so many vital organs that could be involved, and they are all in close proximity to one another. In fact, when you go to the ER with abdominal pain, they typically will not give you pain medicine until they have diagnosed you. They will need to know exactly where you’re hurting.
That said, try to put pressure halfway between your belly button and the "crest" of your right hip, press in with two fingers pretty far, and suddenly release. If this causes intense pain, it could be an issue with your appendix. Usually appendicitis is a very accute condition, meaning it comes on very rapidly.
If your discomfort continues or worsens, I would consider getting in to see a doctor as soon as possible, even if it means going to an urgent care center or an emergency room.
Good luck.

Here is my experience with appendicitis: I was 13. I got a stomachache while at a friend’s house. It was just a normal achy feeling, and I felt sort of sick to my stomach, but I just took some medicine and went to bed (the discomfort never went away). The pain continued and escalated; it hurt to sit up from a lying position, it hurt to move my right leg, I had severe pain in my lower right abdominal area. Finally, about a week later, my less-than-3-pound dog walked across my stomach as I was lying in bed, and I cried out with pain. My mom suspected appendicitis, and rushed me to the emergency room. By this time, I was vomiting and in excruciating pain. It turns out that my appendix became inflamed (happened while at friend’s house), and it moved in between my intestines, and it had ruptured several days before. The weight of my dog ruptured it further. I had an emergency appendectomy. If I hadn’t gone to the hospital when I did, I would have died.
That isn’t a typical appendicitis experience, since it was ruptured for days beforehand, and it moved between my intestines. I’d say not to take any chances, and go to the emergency room. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
