Is there a relationship between Hypovolemic Shock and Kidney Stones?

Kidney Stone Pain Questions
In December I had a surgery, they “left a bleeder”. I went into hypovolemic shock and had to be taken back to surgery. Between the 2 surgeries I lost over 1400 cc of blood. My hemoglobin went from 13.9 to 6.1 in a just a few hours. Now I have kidney stones. Does anyone know if the low volume could have caused the renal calculi (kidney stones)?

Very unlikely. I have numerous stones, but never hypovolemia.
