How To Pass A Kidney Stone
I've been trying to pass kidney stones for three days now, and within the past few hours the pain intensified as if I have more stones coming, but I am also crampy and there is blood in my stools. Is this a normal part of passing stones?

I suppose it's possible that while straining to pass the calculus you've aggrevated a hemorrhoid. But to answer your question, no, it is not normal to have bloody stool while passing kidney stones.

There can be macroscopic blood in your urine, but you shouldn't have bloody stool as a result of kidney stones.

no the systems are separate. Bright red blood is usually hemmorhoids.

No, you may have a hernia developing from straining to pass the stone. You need to speak with your Dr.

No blood in the stool is not normal. You need to get this checked out. Be sure you are drinking mega amounts of water to help move the stone along and if the pain gets really bad don't hesitate to see the doc and get rechecked.
