Coffiee is a diaretic and acts as a cleaner for your urinary tract. So it’s good for your urinary system…

Too much strong coffee can irritate your bladder.

Anything in excess is bad for some organ of our bodies – coffee seems to affect the prostate in men. I’ve cut back to 2 cups a day from 6 or more a decade ago due to my age (and ?abuse?) related prostate expansion. For me, coffee also acts as a laxative in the morning, keeping me fairly regular and contented.
I went without coffee for about a year a half-decade ago and it didn’t seem to have any adverse effects – went back for the early morning jolt when getting to work on the computer – I don’t drink very strong coffee – a heaping teaspoon of instant in a microwaved cup of hot water.

OK in moderation; bad in excess.

Coffee is an antioxidant, just like pom juice or orange juice. That means it has stuff that cleans out your system. It that way, its good for you. But from my experience, it makes me "go" a lot, not being a coffee drinker, I notice. As long as you drink a decent amount of water, (a couple glasses throughout the day) no worries.
