Gallstones
I have gall stones and gastritis. I manage them by minding what I eat, less salt and fat, no sodas, coffee, tea and milk. I smoke, however.

They sound benign enough if you’re able to control them with diet. Before you get pregnant, get a thorough checkup. Talk to your doctor about your diet to ensure that it includes things that will both benefit your baby and not exacerbate your conditions. Be sure to start on pre-natal vitamins even before you get pregnant.

You’ll really need to consult a doctor over this. Specific health issues like these keep them in business, and they’re far more knowledgeable than random answerers.

it will not affect your baby but since you are not pregnant yet, might as well have it removed prior to your plans.

Consult a Gyno…
You maybe need to have an operation to remove the gall bladder and make sure your completely healthy first..
If your unwell you cant provide for the nutritional needs of a growing fetus..
Take care of yourself then you can be the best mother you can be..
Good luck and all the best..

I’m not going to go on about stopping smoking cos you know how bad it is for you and even worse for the baby
Before you go any further you really should see a doctor as a lot could depend on where the gall stones are situated, what is in your blood due to this and the medications you have been on recently.
Also milk should be drunk during pregnancy for the babies development so you would need advice on what and how much of a substitute you should be taking.
In the case of your babies health and possible life surely a trip to the doctor and following what he says isn’t too much to ask

I had gall bladder attacks while pregnant, it shouldn’t affect the baby but can be hard on you. I had my gallbladder removed after having my baby. Just watch what you eat spicy things can make it worse. I ate popcorn once and had a major flare up and spent most of the night in chronic pain. If you know certain things will upset the condition stay away from those things. Especially acidic foods.

I cant answer about the gall stones. But I CAN answer about your gastritis. I have it. Ive had it since I was 16. I am now 21 and pregnant at 30.5 weeks. It made my gastritis really flare up in the first and beginning of the second trimester. You know the feeling, buring stomach (X2) burping (X2), basically everything that comes w/ gastritis X2! I got it managed though. They gave me a little pill called Ranatidine, which is 100% safe to take during pregnancy. My gastritis let up after I got to my 20 weeks or so. I only have a flare up ONCE in a while now. Its so much better. Once I feel like my stomach starts to burn, is when I take the pill. (I dont faithfully take them everyday 2X a day…I hate taking pills!)
Hope this helps…with the gastritis part at least.
I would talk to your DR about the gall stones though.
PS-Im sure you’ve heard it plenty of times, but quit smoking b/4 you get preggo, or shortly after. PLUS smoking can affect your gastritis. It always made my stomach burn after smoking a cig.
