So I’m a 15 year old female that weighs 99 pounds and is 5′3". I know I don’t weigh much but my lower stomach has a bulge. It’s visible too. So I just want to get rid of the bulge and nothing more. I get teased at school for it sometimes, especially afterschool when my drill team shares the gym with the dance team.

I have scoliosis, Tietze’s disease and kidney stones. All of these prevent me from doing a hardcore workout or run. I could do it but afterwards the pain is too much. Also I get nauseous around food so I only eat when I feel really hungry.

Basically I just need some easy excercises that won’t hurt my ribs too much. Also if it matters I do take birth control.
