I have kidney pain, no stones. My wbc is 18.2, monocytes abs 1.8, neutrophils 85, and neutrophils abs 13.7 why?

I’ve had kidney stones since I was 13 due to a side affect of topamax that peppered both kidneys. As of 2 years ago I had stent surgery in right kidney. Nothing but problems with that. But for a year I’ve been stone free. But I just had this right kidney pain, got cat scans and no stones. But my wbc is 18.2, monocytes abs 1.8, neutrophils 85, and neutrophils abs 13.7.
Can you tell me why?

Of course not we would only be guessing but my guess is your appendix might be ready to rupture in that location. See told you we can only guess so what did your doctor, who has your medical history etc. say was wrong that is who you should be asking.
