How long does it typically take to pass a kidney stone?

CAT scan showed it was almost to the bladder Sunday night & my husband is still in pretty bad pain 3 days later.

It depends on how fast you’e going compared to the speed of the kidney stone.

should take a couple days. I had a stone get stuck before it got to the bladder, they had to go in and get it.
