If they are calcium stones lemon juice might perhaps help.

Lots of fluids. Taking your age into consider I wouldn’t exceed 24oz per hr. The average adult can excrete 32oz per hr.

I just passed my stone today actually (5mm) and when I passed it, I felt no pain at all…I drank about 1 gallon of water a day (you can buy a 1 gallon bottle at the store and bring it to class). I also drank lemon/lime aide because some types of stones can be partially dissolved by citric acid, so you can always try that, worst case it just hydrates you anyways.
Took 3 weeks to pass mine, but the only pain I felt was when it was moving, so if it gets into your bladder, don’t be worried about pain
Good luck, seems like the worst may be over soon, if not already, for you!
