Other than drinking plenty of fluids to help it "float downstream"…not much on your own. Doctors can sometimes break them up with ultrasound or take them out with special catheters or surgery.
If you don’t have insurance, you can apply for financial help at the hospital ER or call the public health department and ask about free or low cost clinics.
If you have health insurance, go to a urologist is your best bet, but I am assuming you have been to one already?

The best medicine is to get of the computer and make a call to your doctor.
