First time with kidney stones, will it hurt on the way out?

Kidney Stone Pain Questions
I was in the ER 2 days ago for a kidney stone. They said it was 2mm and it would pass on it’s own. I have pain on and off. They said once the stone gets to my bladder it won’t hurt anymore, but will it hurt on the way out? How long will this take?

I’ve passed 3 of them and it’s like having twins sideways!! Oh, the pain!!!! The last one was 24 hours before it quit hurting.

if u drink lot of water it will get out as soon as possible this is the think i hurt try it i hope u get fine soon
