Can doctors tell if you got a urinary tract infection from having sex?

Can they tell or just know you somehow got an infection?

i doubt it. unless you had physical damage, i don,t think they really care. if you,re 12 years old, you might have a problem.

There is no way of knowing HOW you got the infection. You just urinate into a cup and they dip a stick into the urine. It will either be positive for bacteria or not. If it is positive, then you have an infection.
